A prospective MEAL concentrate seeking opportunities to contribute constructively to the humanitarian and development sectors.
I have a broad range of experience, including developing and implementing MEAL plans, frameworks, and tools; using Geographic Information Systems (GIS); data analysis and visualization with MS Power Query and Power BI; creating high-quality reports; and building capacity facilitating training. I also have a track record of success in problem-solving, accountability, installing feedback mechanisms, creating project impact indicators and performance indicators, as well as regularly documenting organizational strengths, lessons learned, difficulties, and the way forward with a consistent coordination ability was used in the emergency response to the Rohingya Crisis through community involvement, outcome/learning harvesting researching the case study, gathering in-depth interviews, and theme and narrative analysis of qualitative data.
While it pertains to addressing challenging circumstances involving minors, women, transgender people, young people, people with disabilities, and migrants, I consider myself to be quite sensible. I also have excellent communication skills with the locals in Cox's Bazar, Rangpur, Sylhet, Khulna, Satkhira, and Barisal as a result of doing numerous monitoring, FGD, PRA, KII, and In-depth interviews for my job. But it's also significant to me that I have a fascination with employment in the humanitarian and development sectors since they offer me the chance to both serve humanity and embark on adventures to experience diverse communities and cultures.
